This package includes:

  • 12 hours of coaching, to use in the time configuration that works, either 2x/month for 6 months or in a more focused timeframe with multiple-hour sessions
  • Consistent email feedback and review between sessions
  • 1 all-day in-person strategy session with Pam in Mesa, Arizona  (virtual option is two half day sessions)
  • As-needed check-ins, or quick coaching before important milestones (via phone or video conference, whatever is most useful)

Option Two: Business Model Foundations

This offering is designed for business owners who need to build or strengthening their business model so that they have clarity around their ideal audience, core offers, marketing strategy and sales approach.

This package includes:

  • 6 hours of coaching to use in the time configuration that works, either 2x/month for 3 months or in a more focused timeframe with multiple-hour sessions
  • Consistent email feedback and review between sessions
  • As-needed check-ins, or quick coaching before important milestones (via phone or video conference, whatever is most useful)
  • One 3-hour deep dive session to work on a special project such as offer design, marketing operations or thought leadership model

Option Three: All-day or Half-Day Intensive Strategy Session

I have worked with hundreds of people in virtual coaching sessions. I have also worked with scores of people in retreats and group settings.

Both can be really effective for moving plans along, or learning concepts, frameworks or skills.

But certain work calls intensive  discussion and planning. The kind of work that demands pens flying across a virtual whiteboard, passionate discussion of ideas, and heart to heart conversations about what you really want. Time spent building real, concrete plans that you can refer to all year.

This is why I am excited to offer a limited amount of all-day or half day in person intensive strategy sessions.

The entrance to the K’é Community Lab in downtown Mesa, where we conduct our all-day intensive sessions for you and/or your team.

Common topics tackled in strategy sessions include:

  • Mapping out your intellectual property, offerings and programs, making decisions around priorities, then creating an implementation plan
  • Planning and prioritizing multiple business projects and priorities so you can stop feeling overwhelmed and start building your body of work
  • Fleshing out business development plans and prioritizing core areas of focus
  • Sorting through different marketing strategies and choosing the idea that makes the most sense for you and your business
  • Planning book launches
  • Defining specific marketing tactics to grow the market for your service and expertise
  • Identifying specific resources to help you launch quicker and more efficiently
  • Defining the characteristics of the partners/mentors/High Council of Jedi Knights that you need to have around you to succeed on your own, and making a plan to connect with them.

What is included:

  1. Either Day-long or half-day in-person (or virtual) intensive strategy session with Pam, from 9:00am – 5:00pm (full day) or 9:00am-12:30pm or 1:00-4:30pm (half day).
  2. Assistant for note-taking and research
  3. One 90-minute follow up session 30 days after live session to check in on progress, and make necessary adjustments to the plan.

How the process works:

  1. Schedule a call to talk with Pam about your goals and objectives, and secure a date.
  2. We send you a detailed questionnaire about exactly what you want to accomplish, and what information we should review before the intensive day
  3. We work the heck out of the day, and come up with a powerful plan that you can use to frame your body of work for the next 12 months.
